"While some of the employees have a good front desk manner. We've encountered a few of the employees to be not helpful at all. Their new and improved system is also horrible!!!!! We are three months in on their "new system" and the issues with their system has yet to be resolved. Their previous system showed an itemized bill to show what each vehicle's premium would be for the month, what vehicle has the discounts, and what vehicle premium went up in price. Now, I can't even get a response on receiving an itemized bill in the mail since we are not receiving our bill in the mail anymore. We have to take time out of our busy day to call and have it mailed to us. Even then it takes a while before we get a response on whether it was mailed."

We understand how frustrating that is, and we take your feedback seriously. We also recognize the importance of receiving an itemized bill. You’re correct that, under the previous system, you could clearly see each vehicle’s premium, applicable discounts, and any changes. Unfortunately, State Farm Corporate has implemented this new system, and the transition (including the billing format and mailing process) is outside of our agency’s control. I apologize that you are not currently receiving the itemized bill by mail as expected and that it required follow-up calls to confirm when it would be sent. To clarify, Jessica did provide you with a breakdown; however, because multiple customers are experiencing similar issues with the new system and related claim/billing volume, obtaining and confirming itemization can take additional time. That said, as a business owner, I am committed to putting customers first and helping within any area we can control. In addition, I was made aware of your Google review before I had an opportunity to respond. I was dealing with an urgent situation with another client, including a house fire and the loss of their son this past weekend. When circumstances require it, I have to be out in the field. I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding. I would be more than willing to review your account again and discuss what options are available to help you moving forward.
